Dr. Dan Kammen, chairman, is the Founding Director of RAEL and professor of energy at UC-Berkeley. He was previously the first Chief Technical Specialist for renewable energy and energy efficiency at the World Bank. He has served as a Fellow of the U. S. State Department’s Energy and Climate Partnership for the Americas (ECPA), Advisor for US State Department, and US State Department Science Envoy.
