He has served as Founding Fellow at UC Berkeley’s RAEL, Senior Fellow for US Department of Energy, Advisor for US State Department, and USAID. He has led successful renewable energy companies. Dave was selected as one of Time Magazine's Innovators of the year. He has an Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
