Hilary Yu is a PhD student in the Energy & Resources Group at UC Berkeley. Her research interests are at the intersection of the natural and social sciences, with particular focus in the areas of energy and the environment, development and political economics, and data science. She has worked on electricity access and conflict research in the DRC, Uganda, and Rwanda.
