Dr. Suliman Baldo, Senior Advisor for the Enough Project, previously directed the Sudan Democracy First Group. He served as the UN Independent Expert on Mali from 2013 – 18, and provided expert advice to international mediation teams on justice for victims of conflict in Darfur and South Sudan, and as a member of the UN Independent Commission of Investigations in Côte d’Ivoire. Dr. Baldo has served as Africa Director at the International Center for Transitional Justice and the International Crisis Group, and a senior researcher at Human Rights Watch.
