Dr. Andrea Abel van Es is a political scientist, focusing on peace, democracy and the quantification of peace outcomes. She has consulted for a wide range of academic and international organizations including UNDP, UN Women, the OECD, the Kofi Annan Foundation, the Institute for Economic and Peace, Numbers and People Synergy, Stanford and Harvard Universities. She's published a book on Election Integrity, and conducted field research across Africa related to violent extremism, conflict and peacebuilding, and election integrity. Her educational background in engineering and political science lies at the intersection of EPP’s work.
